Welcome to LuvThySelf Aesthetics. Our virtual services are designed to provide personalized, education-focused skincare guidance and professional home-care recommendations. Please review the following policies before booking or enrolling.

Virtual Skin Strategy Sessions

Virtual Skin Strategy Sessions are 35-minute consultations designed to assess your current routine, skin concerns, goals, lifestyle, and relevant skin history. Recommendations may include professional home care and, when appropriate, enrollment in the LuvThySkin Method™.

LuvThySkin Method™

The LuvThySkin Method™ is our guided virtual skincare program available in 12- and 16-week formats. Your individual pathway is determined by your esthetician based on your skin's needs and may focus on barrier health, uneven tone and discoloration, clarity, or healthy aging and renewal

Your Method includes your personalized professional home-care regimen, ongoing guidance, scheduled progress check-ins, routine adjustments when appropriate, and education throughout your program. Product replenishments or additional products needed during the program are not included unless specifically stated.

Product Recommendations & Purchases

Professional skincare recommendations are selected specifically for the individual client. Results depend on many factors, including consistency, product use, lifestyle, skin response, and adherence to the recommended routine.

For your safety and continuity of care, please notify LuvThySelf Aesthetics before adding, removing, or significantly changing products during an active guided program.

Virtual Services

LuvThySelf Aesthetics currently operates as a virtual-first skincare practice. Virtual services do not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients may be referred to a dermatologist, physician, or other healthcare professional when a concern falls outside the scope of esthetic practice.

Results & Expectations

Skincare is a process, and individual results vary. No specific result or timeline can be guaranteed. Consistency, communication, sun protection, appropriate home care, and following your personalized recommendations are important parts of the process.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and program-specific scheduling requirements are subject to the terms presented during booking or enrollment.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of skincare services, consultations, completed services, and program fees are generally non-refundable. Product returns or replacements are handled according to the applicable product and manufacturer policies. Any specific terms associated with the LuvThySkin Method™ will be provided before enrollment.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their skincare routine, allergies, sensitivities, medications, health changes, pregnancy status, professional treatments, and other information that could affect skincare recommendations.

Communication & Consent

By booking a service or enrolling in a program, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate information and agree to communicate significant changes or adverse reactions promptly. Enrollment in the LuvThySkin Method™ may require acceptance of additional program-specific terms and informed consent.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and skin conditions.

LuvThySelf Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or modify services if contraindications are present.

Product Liability & Shipping

LuvThySelf Aesthetics is not responsible for any skin reactions to products purchased.

Please perform a patch test before full application. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged by third-party mail carriers (USPS/UPS/FEDEX).

Virtual Consultation Protocol

Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and a well-lit environment.

Fees for virtual sessions are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
